From Concept to Kitchen

The designs for our little treats were really important to us and even though we could see them in our head, no one else could (a la Beautiful Mind -- Go New Jersey! -- sorry, we digress). Thankfully, we were lucky enough to collaborate with a fantastic artist who we commissioned to help us design our characters. So from her pen to our our pastry tips.
